To participate in Childcare Educational Services courses, you must have access to a computer, a printer, and an email account, and be able to view PDF files.

After purchasing a course, you will receive a payment receipt by email, and a confirmation email with instructions for the workbook and final exam will be emailed next.  The final exam is administered online. Grading Policy

The grading policy is listed in each course workbook.   You are given two chances to pass the knowledge assessment.  If you do not pass the knowledge assessment after two chances, you will not receive a certificate.

Academic dishonesty/integrity

Academic dishonesty is any type of cheating that occurs, including Plagiarism, fabrication, cheating, and sabotage.  Childcare Educational Services staff and all participants are required to respect the integrity of one another’s work and recognize the importance of the goal to educate all participants.

 

Privacy/Security Policies

Childcare Educational Services, LLC will only release student information, including information regarding the passing or failing of courses or certificate status, to the student and state authorities as requested. The student can email a request to authorize the release of information about their grade, certificate, and to whom the information is to be released, along with your signature, to info@childcareedu.com.

All information submitted is considered confidential in nature and will not be disclosed to anyone except under a subpoena in a court of law. The customer’s contact information is used for communicating with our customers on order-related issues.
